What delivery service do you use for shipping? 

USPS and FedEx ground is the primary delivery service for Tealyfe. 

What are the SHIPPING CHARGES when purchasing from this Store?

We simply charge you a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $6.50 for any U.S. domestic order. For all of our international order, we charge a flat rate of $25

How are Orders Shipped?

Since Tealyfe's default U.S. domestic charge is a flat shipping rate of $6.50, we ship all orders mainly USPS Standard Ground. We offer free shipping for orders $35 or more. For all of our International orders, we ship mainly with FEDEX. Contact Tealyfe for alternative shipping methods, standard shipping rates will apply.   

What's The Standard Delivery Time?

In addition to shipping time, please allow one business day from the date of purchase for us to process your order and 5-7 business days for overall delivery time when shipping USPS Standard Ground.  

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after a successful order is placed. Once your order is shipped via USPS, you will receive a second email notifying you of the tracking information.

Can Tealyfe ship to P.O. Boxes?
We can ship to P.O boxes, internationally and to military bases  


Why is your product priced at a premium level?

Our product is priced at a premium level, because we source the best-tasting, highest quality loose leaf tea, herbs and spices from around the world. 

How long does tea last?

Left exposed, tea will last 2 months. In our re-closable zip lock bag or our airtight tin canister, your tea can last up to a year. 

How much will 4 oz. of tea make?

4 oz. will brew an average of 40 cups, unless you like your brew stronger than most.

Does Tealyfe send out samples for customers to try?
Yes we do! Simply stock your cart with a minimum of $19.50 in Tealyfe Merch, then proceed to checkout. Inside the "tell us about any special instructions" box let us know which tea you would like to sample (2 per order). Choose your preferred method to pay and ship. We will then include your samples inside the same box as your order.


What PAYMENT METHODS are available?
Through Paypal and Google Checkout, we can accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. However, we are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s.

How do I place an order?

To place an order using the Tealyfe.com/mytealyfe.com you must use our product navigation to add items to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the items you wish to order, you can begin the check out process by clicking on the brown checkout button.  To "check out" is a simple 3 step process.

Step 1: User Information
This is where you enter your billing information, shipping information, communication preferences, and select your shipping delivery options.

Step 2: Review Information and Payment Information
This is where you get to review your order and make any changes. You will have the opportunity to edit your shopping cart, edit your billing and or shipping information, change your shipping delivery options and lastly enter your payment information.

Step 3: Order Confirmation
If your order was successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation on screen. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.


What about returns?

Tealyfe will only accept returns, if the product is found damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you're ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us at Tealyfe@mac.com. A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns. However, at this time, we do not pay for return shipping.

Is my personal and credit card information safe that Tealyfe collects?
Yes. In order to process your online order, we require your name, email address, credit card number, expiration date, the name and billing address of your credit card, shipping address if different than your credit card billing address, and a contact phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
