How to Brew:
Heat water to a boil 208° F and steep 1.5 up to 2 generous teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water (about one "reasonable" size mug) for 5 to 6 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea leaves. 3oz of tea equals about 30-35 average teacups of brew.
