Known as Pai Mu Tan, White Peony tea is made from silvery, unopened tea buds and newly sprouted tea leaves. This organic white tea has a delicate, clean, sweet flavor. Because of its ethereal brew, white peony is easy to pair with most foods and can be a great intro into your journey of discovering white teas
How to Brew:
Heat water to about 175° F and steep 1 up to 4 generous teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water (about one "reasonable" size mug) for 2 to 3 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea leaves. 3oz of tea equals about 30-35 average teacups of brew.
