This South African tisane is cultivated in the mountainous area north of Cape Town. This organic, Fair-Trade treat, has a nutty-sweet flavor with a creamy finish — sometimes called “red tea”. When steeped, the brew is brilliantly red refreshing and naturally caffeine-free. This herbal tea is tasty hot or on the rocks

How to Brew:
Heat water to a boil 208° F and steep 1.5  up to 2 generous teaspoons of tea per 8oz of water (about one "reasonable" size mug) for 5 to 6 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea leaves. 3oz of tea equals about 30-35 average teacups of brew.
