Heat water to just before boiling 190° F and steep 1 generous teaspoon of tea per 8oz of water (about one "reasonable" size mug) for 3 to 4 minutes. For a stronger brew, use more tea leaves. 3oz of tea equals about 30-35 average teacups of brew.
